Our family also owns a beautiful cozy apartment in Kolonaki Area, Athens. It is located in one of the oldest, most historic and safest areas of Athens. Only 4 min. away from Evangelismos Metro station with immediate access to shops, bars, restaurants, as well as, Syntagma square. Also, close to the UK, German and Canadian Embassies. The apartment is 50 m2, newly renovated on the ground floor. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a sofa bed, a big waiting area with an office desk, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely green balcony. Each room has an individually controlled heater. It is sunny, warm and always tidy with a vintage stylish touch. It features clean bed sheets and towels as well as other essential hygienic & bathroom amenities that we provide for your convenience.
